Individual Counseling/Coaching​

In these one on one telehealth or in person sessions, we will explore how our thinking leads to our emotions and subsequent behaviors. We will also practice mindfulness, learn about the mind/body connection, and learn how to go from a “flight/fight/freeze” state of being, to a regulated/peaceful state as we rewire our brains for joy. My goal is to take you from surviving to thriving. Sessions are 45 minutes by phone or zoom and 60 minutes in person.

Marriage & Family Counseling

Struggles in marriage and family are common. Through assessment you will learn your personality type, love language, and skills to make your relationships not just improve, but flourish. Sessions run 90 minutes.

Groups

I offer groups for women in abusive/narcissistic relationships, groups for those struggling with addiction, groups for teens, and groups for those grieving. Groups are composed of 5-6 individuals and run 90 minutes.

Classes

Less intense than group therapy, I plan to offer classes to individuals who prefer this setting. In my Thrive class, we will learn the basics of how to dispute our irrational thoughts and the power of the mind/body connection. I will equip you with tools and techniques you can use everyday to transform your life. In my Gentle Parenting class, we will learn the art of conscious parenting, mindfulness, and many techniques to parent peacefully. Classes run 60 minutes.
